CEO for Construction
- Work closely with the Leadership Team on developing and executing strategies for current and future projects.
- Devise project plans encompassing technical, operational, financial, and managerial aspects for successful implementation of projects.
- Identify, analyze and mitigate all risks which could impact project deliveries within predetermined time and cost.
- Oversee site and construction activity and drive the project, contractor and consultant and other related agencies for execution.
- Monitor projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, resource deployment, utilization, time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverables and obligations.
- Review the engineering and architectural drawings for ensuring that all regulations and specifications are being followed.
Qualification
- BE/ Master’s degree in engineering, project management, building science or relevant field with 12+ yrs of experience project management and execution of multifarious developments in India and abroad
- PMP or equivalent certification (Optional)
Experience- (Note as per your requirements)
Civil Engineer
- To take care of the civil maintenance work, both internal and external to the buildings
- To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.
- Repair and plaster work on floor/wall/ceiling.
- Replacing stones on the walls/floors
- Painting and polishing as required.
- Repair/Replacement of facade glass.
- Repair all seepage/cracks developed on the walls/ceiling.
- Function ability of all sewerage systems/ stormwater systems.
- Ensure safety while working and adhering to the safety norms.
- Preparation of BOM for civil work.
- Allocating work to a team of fitters
- Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
Qualification- Degree / Diploma in Civil OR any equivalent, with min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites, roads, buildings and other Infra projects, candidates with experience will be preferred.
Experience- (Note as per your requirements)
Civil Supervisor
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending meetings to keep them informed of progress
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters of Team on site
- Preparing reports as required
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Qualification
- B. Tech (Civil). Construction management Diploma from NICMAR or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Other Skills- Basic Knowledge of MSP and Auto CAD, Report preparation, PPT etc.
